"1 in every 4 women and couples have been touched by a loss which remains silent, misunderstood, and ignored by society. -- Sean Hanish, RTZ Hope
The loss of a baby, at any stage, may be one of the most devastating moments a person ever has to go through. No matter the reason - it is a journey that any such traveler would wish upon no one. It changes you; it hardness you, softens you, winds you up, and stretches you thin. It makes you feel so very alone. It makes you see the world from an entirely different perspective. One that you can never unsee.
However, with the right support and care, you can return to hope, to smiles, to laughter without guilt, celebrations, and gatherings. They may never be exactly the same, but they will come back, and they will feel alright.
Through trauma-focused care and support, our Homeostasis Now | Perinatal Loss program helps to bring bereaved parents back into a state of balance - Where the baseline is calm, content, and grounded.
We utilize nutrition, lifestyle, and Brainspotting therapies in a truly holistic approach to healing. Supporting the body that carried your baby, the spirit that allows you to love them so deeply, and the emotions that accompany that. You will recognize your strength again. Whether your loss was recent or in the distant past - we are here to help you.

Being heard, understood, and cared for after the birth of your baby is essential to your mental and physical health. So whether this is your first, second or tenth birth, we will be there for you to provide the emotional, physical, and spiritual education and nourishment that you need.
Our Homeostasis Now | Postpartum Doula program is for those who have experienced or are dealing with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), traumatic births, pregnancy after loss, and pregnancy after fertility challenges. Or even those purely seeking support with a trauma-informed, maternal mental health-focused perspective.
This program consists of 12 in-home visits for five - six months, starting directly after birth or whenever you require support postpartum. Visits occur once every week for the first three weeks, then every two weeks for the remaining nine sessions. Includes one complimentary zoom session to get to know each other and discuss your potential needs before your baby's birth or when you are seeking support.
Each visit is usually 90-120 minutes and includes education on real food for postpartum, a focus on maternal self-care and sleep, and Brainspotting therapy to help ease any baby blues, anxieties, birth trauma, or potential PMADs, plus the services listed below (as needed and requested).
