A combination of our Nutritional Therapy Program below & Brainspotting psychotherapy above, with additional lifestyle and movement recommendations. We meet twice a month for 3 months.The focus here is on rebalancing the nervous system so that the entire body is placed back into a state of homeostasis (balance). We use a brain-body-based psychotherapy called Brainspotting for clients who wish to address their overall mental health, behavioral issues, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, unexplained/chronic pain & more.  LEARN MORE HERE. Each session is one hour long. Most clients need 2-6 sessions to fully process and integrate. More may be needed depending on depth of healing. 

Same as HN above w/ a focus on perinatal. Mind, body & soul support during 3rd trimester & 3 mths postpartum. Includes nutritional therapy based on real foods for perinatal, Brainspotting therapy to prepare for the birth, releasing past trauma & anxiety. In-person, virtual or at your home twice a mth. Focus is to create a smooth & nourishing transition into parenthood. Great for new parents or those who've experienced perinatal trauma & PMHD's  

Monthly installments: $520

90-minute in-home visits starting directly after birth. Includes complimentary Zoom session to get to know each other & discuss needs. Each visit includes education on real food for postpartum, a focus on maternal self care & sleep, Brainspotting therapy to help ease baby blues, anxieties, birth trauma or potential PMHDs. Virtual only. Includes Initial Interview form & online Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, 1-hour zoom consultation, customized nutritional &  or supplement & lifestyle recommendation plan. This does not include any continued support after consultation.
